PRINTING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

The following terms apply to all orders placed on Coverzilla.in. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1. PRODUCT IMAGES & COLOURS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

All product images displayed on Coverzilla.in are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may slightly differ from the images shown. Since every screen displays colours differently, minor colour variations between the product image and the actual product are normal and are not considered a defect.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Cancellation requests raised within this window will be accepted, and a refund will be initiated to your original payment method after deducting ₹60 as a processing fee.

Cancellation requests raised after 1 hour of order placement will not be accepted under any circumstances, as your order may have already entered the production process.

3. PARTIAL COD — BOOKING AMOUNT
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

For orders placed under the Partial COD option, the advance booking amount is strictly non-refundable once the order is confirmed — including in cases of cancellation, change of mind, or order return. The remaining amount is to be paid at the time of delivery.

COURIER UNAVAILABILITY FOR PARTIAL COD ORDERS:
In some cases, our standard courier partner may not service your pincode. In such situations, CoverZilla will contact you to request the remaining balance amount so that your order can be shipped via India Post, which covers a wider delivery network across India.

If you choose to deny this request, please note that the advance booking amount already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, as your order will have already been processed and produced exclusively for you.

We strongly recommend verifying your pincode availability before placing a Partial COD order. For pincode-related queries, please contact us at support@coverzilla.in before ordering.

4. CUSTOM PHOTO ORDERS

If you place an order for a customised cover without uploading your photo, we will contact you via email to share the image. If we do not receive your photo within 7 days of our email, your order will be processed without that particular customisation and no refund or replacement will be issued for that item.

We recommend uploading your photo at the time of placing the order to avoid any delays.

5. GENERAL

• All sales are final once the 1-hour cancellation window has passed.
• CoverZilla reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
• By completing a purchase on Coverzilla.in, you agree to all the terms mentioned above.
