REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At CoverZilla, every product is custom-made especially for you. Since each order is personalised, we request you to read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. REPLACEMENT
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
We offer a free replacement if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Simply contact us at support@coverzilla.in within 3 days of delivery with a clear unboxing video, and we’ll take care of the rest.
2. REFUND
━━━━━━━━━
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that we are unable to process your replacement, a full refund will be automatically initiated to your original payment method within 24 working hours — no questions asked.
3. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Since all our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer replacement or refund in the following cases:
• Product disliked after delivery
• Wrong item ordered by the customer
• Fitting issue due to additional phone accessories
• Minor color variation due to screen display differences
• Cancellation after order confirmation
• Unboxing video not provided at the time of claim
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery
• Replacement or refund request raised after 3 days of delivery
4. RTO ORDERS

If your order is returned to us after 3 failed delivery attempts, no refund will be issued. You may request a re-shipment with an updated address and contact details, which will be processed on the next working day.
5. PARTIAL COD — BOOKING AMOUNT
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The advance booking amount paid under the Partial COD option is strictly non-refundable once the order is confirmed, regardless of cancellation reason, change of mind, or order return.
COURIER UNAVAILABILITY FOR PARTIAL COD ORDERS:
In some cases, our standard courier partner may not be able to deliver to your pincode. In such situations, CoverZilla will contact you to request the remaining balance amount so that your order can be shipped via India Post, which covers a wider delivery network across India.
If you choose to deny this request, please note that the advance booking amount already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, as your order will have already been processed and produced exclusively for you.
We strongly recommend verifying your pincode availability before placing a Partial COD order. For any pincode-related queries, please contact us at support@coverzilla.in before ordering.
